Well, believe it or not, they're out there, but essentially they are not going to hire your 14 year old - the 14 year old is actually going to hire him or herself! All you have to do is start, because not only can they do it, but if they do it, you are also capable of it as well!
I have seen a 12 year old actually earn more cash than their older siblings from an online job. Of course this means that they have to work a little harder and have to get some help from their parents - but still, they are putting in the effort and becoming great young entrepreneurs.

Now surveys are pretty easy to do, all you have to do is to make sure you read them, and fill out the bubbles. Most 14 year olds can do this because they are wasting so much time filling out MySpace surveys and Facebook things as well, they can do this as well; at least they are earning money!
The great thing is that there is no rush, if the 14 year old has something to do, they can just go and do the activity, the survey opportunity will be there to wait, and they will be able to capitalize on it on a later date!
